We've been in the kitchen working flat out
like a lizard drinking, and we think you'll like what we've got cooking. Wallabys signature
beef, chicken and pulled pork are barbecued slowly to perfection. Our new, Salmon
Smokehouse Meal features freshly-caught, lightly smoked salmon unlike any salmon you've
had before. Even better are our fabulous ribs, straight
from the barbie and unbelievably tender, melt-in-your-mouth
good. And rounding out the menu is our famous, mouth-watering Wallabys Berry Berry Cobbler topped
off with a scoop of premium BYU Creamery vanilla ice cream.
